Blue Ridge Industrial Acquires Beltway 290, Plans Rebrand & Repositioning
Blue Ridge Industrial LLC (BRI) completed its acquisition of Beltway 290, a 185,850-square-foot industrial park on Houston’s northwest side. The Dallas investor struck the deal with The National Realty Group of Houston, and is rebranding the five-building property as Park 8 | 290. The new owner also launched a capital investment program geared to increase curb appeal, boost tenant retention and convert vacancies into move-in ready condition.
Situated on 13.8 acres at Beltway 8 and U.S. 290, Park 8 | 290 is 84% occupied by tenants encompassing last-mile distribution, general warehousing, assembly and light manufacturing. The buildings are at 15110 & 15120 Northwest Fwy., 10041 & 10055 Regal Row, and 6961 Brookhollow West Dr.
“With the macro fundamentals pointed in the right direction, we will expand our presence in Houston beyond the Park 8 | 290 acquisition,” said BRI’s Michael Trapani.
