Blue Note Brings Jazz Club to Hollywood

Blue Note Entertainment Group has opened a jazz club at The Dome Entertainment Center, home to the world-famous Cinerama Dome and located at 6372 Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood. The 8,558-square-foot venue features an A-room for the headliners and a B-room for developing artists, surprise jams and podcasts.

JLL’s Scott Burns and Liam Bredberg represented the landlord. Ira Spilky of Ira Spilky & Associates represented Blue Note Entertainment Group.

Blue Note Entertainment Group is a multi-faceted entertainment company that owns, operates, licenses and/or programs Blue Note Jazz Clubs worldwide, including New York City; Tokyo; Milan; Waikiki, HI; Beijing & Shanghai; Napa, CA; and Rio de Janeiro & Sao Paulo. It features the biggest names in traditional jazz, contemporary Jazz, blues, R&B, Latin jazz, big bands, Cabaret and other related genres.

“This lease is an excellent indicator of the strength of Hollywood and its entertainment draw,” said Bredberg. “Blue Note had a choice to open anywhere in the Los Angeles area but they chose this location in Hollywood.”
