Blue Light Capital Expands Lending Platform

NY-based Blue Light Capital has launched Blue Light Credit, led by Jeremy Burton and Tristine Lim, to address the middle-market commercial real estate lending gap. Burton joins as partner and head of originations, and Lim as head of credit and underwriting. Greg Manocherian of RoeCo Holdings LLC has also joined Blue Light Credit as a partner, bringing over three decades of real estate experience.

The venture targets bridge loans and distressed notes from $15 million to $75 million nationwide, aiming for $300 to $500 million in transactions in the coming year. “We are pleased to welcome Jeremy and Tristine, who have 36 years of collective experience originating and acquiring commercial real estate loans,” said Tepedino, founder of Blue Light. “Blue Light will provide critical liquidity to a host of different real estate sectors at a time when fewer lenders are active in middle-market financing.” (Photo: Mike Tepedino)
