BLT Opens Luxury Apts. in Stamford

Allure, the newest addition to the residential offerings at Building and Technology’s Harbor Point mixed-use redevelopment on the Stamford, CT waterfront, is officially open. BLT curated an array of shared amenity spaces and resident services to go with a view toward creating an atmosphere of resort-style luxury at Allure.
“Through the amenities we selected, inspired by the world’s leading resorts and spas, Allure will cater to every resident’s needs,” said Carl Kuehner, chairman of BLT.

Additionally, BLT responded to local market demand for larger apartments. Allure features 37 three-bedroom units averaging 1,518 square feet, as well as two four-bedroom Penthouse super-units averaging 4,655 square feet. The balance of the 435 units are a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and townhouses.

“Larger units have been very popular in Harbor Point and we decided to build more,” said Kuehner. “Based on our experience, we expect strong leasing demand for those units.”
