BLT Expands in SoCal With 7 Acquisitions Totaling $130M
BLT Enterprises has acquired seven industrial and creative office properties in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties for a combined price of $130 million. The assets total nearly 270,000 square feet on more than 18 acres of land.
“These acquisitions are directly in line with our strategy of acquiring well-located properties that deliver value over a long hold period. Our grasp of the unique demands of today’s office and industrial space positions us to continue growing and adapting with our tenants,” said Rob Solomon, Chief Development and Legal Officer at BLT Enterprises.
The seven properties include a creative office building on Hawaii St. in El Segundo, CA; a 10,000-square-foot warehouse on Industry Ave. in Pico Rivera, CA; a 10,000-square-foot warehouse on Thornton Avenue in Burbank, CA; Two creative office buildings on Arizona Circle in Los Angeles; a 13,000-square-foot warehouse in Costa Mesa, CA and a 175,000-square-foot distribution facility (pictured) on Viper Way in Vista, CA.
