BLT Enterprises Signs Four Creative Office Tenants Across LA

BLT Enterprises has signed 73,000 square feet in new leases and lease extensions at four creative office properties located in Los Angeles. In the largest of the leases, video game developer Nexon extended its 49,307-square-foot lease at 621 Hawaii St., El Segundo.

The landlord also signed an agreement with mass media company 88Rising, Inc. to extend its existing single-tenant lease of an 8,596 square-foot office building at 5735 Melrose Ave. in Hollywood. In addition, BLT signed a new 8,100-square-foot lease with clothing label V. Chapman at 6368 Arizona Cir. in Playa Vista, and a new 7,000-square-foot lease with Virgosity at 6374 Arizona Cir., also in Playa Vista.

Demand for turnkey creative office properties with modern amenities is increasing in the western and southwestern areas of LA, according to Robert Solomon, president & chief legal officer at BLT. “The next wave of office demand in Los Angeles is all about experience—spaces that are ready on day one and help teams thrive,” he said. “We’re focused on delivering that caliber of environment in the city’s most dynamic corridors, where innovation and quality of life intersect.”
