Santa Monica, CA-based BLT Enterprises acquired Sorrento Tech III, a 30,000 square-foot flex building in San Diego from San Diego-based Pac Ventures for more than $6 million. The property is located adjacent to Sorrento Tech II, a two-building office and R&D campus that BLT Enterprises acquired earlier this year.
Sorrento Tech III is located in the Sorrento Mesa submarket at 10070 Barnes Canyon Rd, and is 33% leased.
The addition brings BLT’s holdings to nearly 100,000 square feet within the business park, where it plans capital improvements to create a more campus-style setting for tenants.
Madison Partners’ Ron Jacobson represented BLT in the transaction, while Cushman and Wakefield’s Brian Starck and Dave Odmark represented the seller.
