Bloomberg Extends Lease for Nearly 500K SF at 120 Park Ave.

Bloomberg L.P. has signed a 495,753-square-foot lease extension at Global Holdings’ 120 Park Ave., securing long-term occupancy across 20 of the Class A office tower’s 26 floors, along with lower-level spaces. With the previous lease set to expire in 2029, the renegotiated new 11-year tenancy now aligns with Bloomberg’s existing commitments at 731 Lexington Ave. and 919 Third Ave., all in Midtown East.

According to Global Holdings, the Bloomberg deal represents the largest office lease signed in the fourth quarter of 2025 in New York City and is among the largest office leases signed this year. “This expansion and the tenant’s continued commitment to 120 Park Ave. affirms our building’s value, exceptional location, and ability to meet the evolving needs of name-brand, global businesses,” said Chris Roth, head of Global Holdings Management Group’s office business.

Bloomberg was represented at 120 Park by Howard Fiddle, Chris Mansfield and Zachary Weil of CBRE. Global Holdings was represented by Chris Roth, Craig Panzirer and Alex Radmin, along with JLL’s Paul Glickman and Diana Biasotti.
