Blockchain Company Signs New Lease in NoHo

Skip Protocol, Inc. (Skip), a blockchain infrastructure provider, has signed a new three-and-a-half-year lease for 3,886 square feet on the 10th floor of 740 Broadway in NoHo.

Robert Silver, Anthony Sciacca, and Brittany Silver of Newmark, along with Neith Stone of GFP Real Estate LLC, represented the landlord, Lafayette-Astor Associates, LLC. Dennis Someck, Justin Myers, and Rachel Kirkham of Lee & Associates represented Skip.

The newly renovated space, previously occupied by smart window providers Elevecture and View, will be used for Skip’s general and executive offices. Recent renovations include a state-of-the-art lobby with architectural media walls. “Skip joins a growing number of VC-backed software and tech consultancy companies that have relocated or secured their East Coast footprints in the Noho neighborhood,” said Stone.
