Blank Street Coffee Will Open Largest NYC Location at Rudin’s Tribeca Tower
Rudin secured a new lease with Blank Street at 32 Ave. of the Americas, its 27-story Art Deco tower in Tribeca. The coffee and matcha shop will occupy 2,900 square feet on the ground floor of the 1.2-million-square-foot tower for its largest New York City location to date.
Launched in 2020 as a coffee cart in Brooklyn, Blank Street is known for its specialty coffee and matcha beverages. The 32 Ave. of the Americas location is planned to open in the second quarter of 2026 at the base of the full-block building. Blank Street currently operates locations across New York, Boston and Washington, DC, as well as in various cities in the United Kingdom.
“We are delighted to welcome Blank Street to 32 Avenue of the Americas,” said Robert Steinman, SVP of office leasing at Rudin. “Having quality coffee, matcha and pastries available in an inviting atmosphere will enhance the daily experience for our tenants while serving as an amenity for the entire neighborhood.”
Steinman represented Rudin in-house. Patrick O’Rourke of Cushman & Wakefield represented Blank Street Coffee.
