Blank Street Coffee to Open in Brooklyn Heights

One Boerum Development Partners, led by Avery Hall, has finalized a lease at One Boerum Place in Brooklyn with Blank Street Coffee, a Brooklyn-based specialty coffee company. Blank Street Coffee will offer its signature cold brew, matcha, and all-day breakfast menus at the ground-floor space spanning 1,705 square feet on the corner of Boerum Place and Red Hook Lane.

The transaction was facilitated by Jeremy Ezra, Peter Whitenack, and Mai Shachi of Newmark Retail representing One Boerum Place, and Patrick O’Rourke, Catherine Merck, and Sean Moran of Cushman & Wakefield representing Blank Street Coffee. The cafe is expected to open in Summer 2024.

“Retail activity has increased significantly over the past six months, and we are proud to be a part of fostering a more mature neighborhood,” said Ezra. This lease brings the retail occupancy at One Boerum Place to 90%.
