CBRE Promotes Blake Sheppard to Director, Asset Services

CBRE promoted Blake Sheppard to the position of Director of Asset Services for the company’s San Antonio market. In his new role, he will continue to lead his asset services team.

Since joining CBRE in 2014, Sheppard helped increase the company’s San Antonio portfolio by more than three million square feet. Furthermore, under his direction, the San Antonio Asset Services team expanded from five to 20 management and engineering professionals.

Notable property management assignments he helped engineer include:

• The 10-building, 700,000-square-foot industrial Ivanhoe Cambridge Portfolio

• The 200,000-square-foot office Eilan Promenade One and Two

• The 250,000-square-foot office and retail Concord Plaza
