Blackstone Affiliate Plans Dallas-Area Relocation

GridLiance, an energy portfolio company belonging to Blackstone Group, will be relocating its current Chicago headquarters to a new space at Mandalay Towers in Irving, TX’s Las Colinas submarket. Starting in early January 2018, GridLiance will occupy the 16,200-square-foot top floor of Mandalay Tower 3, at 225 E. John Carpenter Fwy., in this Dallas suburb

Rodney Helm and Chris Tayler with Cushman & Wakefield represented property owner Parmenter. Dan Paterson with Swearingen Realty Group represented GridLiance in its search and lease.

Parmenter recently completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of the three-building, 800,000-square-foot Mandalay Towers campus. GridLiance is occupying temporary space in Mandalay Tower 3 until moving into its permanent home.
