BlackGate Partners Completes Renovations at Woodridge Retail Center

BlackGate Partners has completed a comprehensive renovation at Hobson Road Shopping Center, located at 3010-3054 Hobson Road in Woodridge, Illinois.

The revitalized 32,921 square-foot retail center now offers a modern and welcoming environment for both new and existing tenants, as well as their customers. The renovation significantly enhanced the property’s curb appeal and functionality. Improvements include a new roof, refreshed building facade, improved landscaping, and parking lot enhancements, providing a vibrant and contemporary presence in the community.

“We are thrilled to unveil the transformed Hobson Road Shopping Center,” said Kevin James, Partner at BlackGate Partners. “We believe these renovations will attract new businesses and further strengthen the center’s role in the community.”

Hobson Road Shopping Center offers excellent visibility, with more than 30,000 vehicles passing by daily. The neighborhood center features two prominent monument signs for strong tenant exposure and offers abundant parking for customer convenience.
