Black Tap Craft Snags Lower East Side Space
Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer signed a 10-year, 2,000-square-foot ground lease at 177 Ludlow St. on the Lower East Side.
“Black Tap is a master of social media, well-known for its one-of-a-kind milkshakes topped with marshmallows, cotton candy, M&Ms, cookies and other tasty treats that are photographed and posted to Instagram,” said James Famularo, principal for Eastern Consolidated, which represented the owner and procured the tenant in this transaction.
The location is Black Tap’s fourth. Other Manhattan locations are in SoHo, the Meatpacking District, and the Blakely New York in Midtown. The new restaurant One Ludlow Street is planned to open later this year.
