Black Mountain Picks Up 856K-SF Temple Warehouse Facility

Affinius Capital closed on a loan to Black Mountain for its acquisition of CenTX 35, an 856,524-square-foot Class A industrial facility located in Temple, Texas. Velocis, the seller, developed the two-building industrial complex.

The site fronts I-35 with four two-way access points and a full diamond interchange at Loop 363. I-35 is the primary north-south freight corridor through Central Texas, connecting the Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston markets, providing access to a deep and growing consumer base.

Building 1 totals 613,600 square feet. Building 2 totals 242,924 square feet. The property is 100% leased to three tenants: Reynolds Consumer Products, SoJo Industries, and Alumni Educational Solutions.

The financing was arranged by Tom Burns and Hunter Habash at CBRE.
