Black Creek Makes Indy-Area Industrial Deal

JLL Capital Markets closed the sale of Eaglepoint Six, a new, fully-leased, Class A, 690,702-square-foot industrial facility in the Indianapolis-area community of Brownsburg, IN. A partnership of Washington Capital Management on behalf of a client and Becknell Industrial traded the property to Denver-based Black Creek Group for an undisclosed sum.

The JLL Industrial Capital Markets team representing the seller was led by John Huguenard and Ed Halaburt, along with Jake Sturman, Sean Devaney, Kurt Sarbaugh and Robin Stolberg.

“Investors found great value in the combination of e-commerce tenancy, market leading facility design and a vibrant Indianapolis industrial market,” Halaburt said.

Eaglepoint Six serves as the largest U.S. facility for Radial Inc., a leader in omnichannel commerce technology and operations. It’s part of the master-planned, fully-leased Eaglepoint Business Park, which is in the Hendricks County Industrial submarket, the second largest submarket in Indianapolis.
