Black Creek Group Snags Springfield Industrial Facility for $53M

Black Creek Group has acquired 6885 Commercial Drive, a 190,377-square-foot industrial facility in Springfield, VA. The sales price was $52.7 million.

The newly constructed warehouse was fully leased upon delivery and is situated on more than seven acres. A large, international technology company occupies 68% of the project, with Goodman Distribution leasing the remaining space. The facility features 32-foot clear heights and 194 designated parking spaces.

Gerry Trainor and Mark Glagola of Transwestern Real Estate Services represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
