Black Creek Group Fund Sees Value in Center Ave. Distribution Facility
A 102,516-square-foot distribution building located at 9180 Center Ave. within the Inland Empire West submarket recently sold for $24.47 million. A fund managed by Black Creek Group purchased the class-A building from the previous owner, Woomer Reverse LLC.
Colliers’ Clyde Stauff and Jace Gan represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
“The Center Avenue building is a class-A distribution building and was 100 percent leased with two quality tenancies in place, which is an ideal acquisition for a high-quality owner and operator such as this buyer,” Stauff said.
The circa-2004 facility is located near the 10 and 15 Freeway intersection. The growing expansion of large and well-capitalized firms allows the Inland Empire market to outperform neighboring infill markets in leasing activity.
