Black Creek Breaks Ground on 569K-SF Carter Logistics Center

Denver-based Black Creek Group commenced construction on Carter Logistics Center, a 569,450-square-foot speculative industrial development in South Fort Worth. Completion on the project, consisting of three buildings, is anticipated by Q3 2020. J. Scott Moore with CBRE is handling leasing activities on the project.

The project at 7200 Oak Grove Rd. will have distribution warehouses measuring 87,650 square feet, 231,300 square feet and 250,500 square feet. The space will be divisible down to 30,000 square feet. “With the South Fort Worth submarket boasting strong industrial fundamentals and solid demand for modern, Class A space, we believe Carter Logistics Center is well‐positioned for success and we continue to look for developments like this to increase our presence in such a solid market,” said Black Creek Group’s Mace McClatchy.
