BKM Acquires Seven-Property Industrial Portfolio in Las Vegas
Newport Beach-based BKM Capital Partners has executed a seven-property, 21-building small-bay industrial portfolio acquisition in Las Vegas, NV. Comprised of 740,000 square feet of space and 240 units, the 98% occupied portfolio brings BKM’s current Las Vegas holdings to over 2.3 million square feet.
The portfolio includes:
- Valley View Business Center I-IV (pictured), 15 buildings, 481,000 SF
- Decatur Crossing II, three buildings, 141,000 SF
- Sunset Business Center, two buildings, 71,000 SF
- Gateway Business Center, one building, 47,000 SF
“This acquisition was an opportunity to expand our Las Vegas holdings with a high-quality industrial portfolio in one of the top U.S. industrial markets by rent growth,” said BKM Senior Managing Director Brett Turner. “By acquiring this portfolio, we were able to achieve diversification and scale in markets where we continue to see opportunities for value creation on behalf of our investors.”
The seller in the transaction was Terry York Properties and Heller Companies.
