Bixby Land Promotes Two Executives

Newport Beach-based Bixby Land Company has promoted Asset Manager Lindsey Olson to the position of the company’s Director of Operations, and Acquisitions Associate Lexi Geiger to Senior Acquisitions Associate.

Olson will now be responsible for all asset management and operational activities associated with Bixby’s entire six million-square-foot office and industrial portfolio, as well as its property and construction management teams.

Geiger’s responsibilities will now also include sourcing acquisitions in select West Coast regions, including California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. Since November 2017, she has played an integral role on Bixby’s acquisition team, underwriting Bixby’s potential industrial and office investments.
