Bixby Land Buys Mission Viejo Office
Bixby Land Co. has acquired Mission Heritage Center, a Mission Viejo office building, for $15.6 million. The four-story, Class A property totals 70,948 square feet and is 59-percent leased.
CBRE brokers Paul Jones, Kevin Shannon and Blake Bokosky represented Bixby, as well as the seller, New York Life Real Estate Investors.
Crown Valley Imaging, Charles Abbott & Associates and the United States GSA are the building’s major tenants. CBRE’s Jones said that Bixby will reposition the asset by adding creative-office features and other capital improvements.
