Bishop Ranch Unveils Return-To-Work Upgrades
At 10 million square feet, San Ramon’s Bishop Ranch is one of the country’s largest office campuses, and developer Sunset Development Company is rolling out the red carpet as workers head back to the office.
“As companies welcome back employees, they are seeking services, amenities and resources that reflect healthy, safe and progressive ideals that go beyond a beautiful office setting,” said Sunset’s CEO Alexander Mehran, Jr. “We’ve developed diverse, unique and compelling amenities that tenants have full access within Bishop Ranch.”
Wellness highlights include lakeside walking trails, a golf simulator, volleyball and bocce courts, a bikeshare program and a 14,000-square-foot fitness center.
Services offered include on-site childcare, medical, dental and pediatric services along with access to a veterinary hospital and John Muir Urgent Care.
Other amenities range from cooking classes to wine tastings to wellness seminars. In addition, Bishop Ranch offers an on-site market, coffee shop and the City Center, an open air dining, shopping and entertainment destination in the heart of the property.
