Dallas’ Bishop Arts Station Moves Ahead

Developer Alamo Manhattan is ready to move forward on building Bishop Arts Station, its $57 million, mixed-use project in Dallas’ Oak Cliff neighborhood. The development is moving forward, thanks to $11.8 million in tax increment financing (TIF) awarded by the Dallas city council.

Alamo Mountain’s plan is to build 209 units and 25,200 square feet of retail, at the northwest and southwest corners of Zang Boulevard and West Davis Street. The project could get underway as early as September, pending city council approval.
