Biscayne Bay Mixed-Use Project Greenlighted
Continuum Company unveiled Phase II of the Continuum Waterfront District, a mixed-use development spanning over three acres along Biscayne Bay. The North Bay Planning Commission unanimously approved the most recent plan. In 2024, Continuum paid $75 million for the land that currently has a Best Western Inn and the former Shucker’s restaurant. They will make way for Continuum’s latest effort.
The Continuum Waterfront District includes two Continuum Club residential condominium towers and a Continuum-branded boutique hotel with a rooftop pool. The broader district will feature new restaurants and bars, a renovated marina, outdoor wellness areas, and retail storefronts.
The previously approved Continuum Club & Residences, currently under construction and nearly 50 percent sold, is the district’s first phase. The tower features over 60,000 square feet of amenities, including a waterfront resort-style pool, a wellness center with a gym, yoga studio, longevity spa, marina, private yacht club and beach club memberships, and a premium membership to Dorsia, an exclusive dining platform.
