Birtcher Launches Construction on Rialto Logistics Facility

Birtcher Development has launched construction on Birtcher Logistics Center Rialto. Located in Rialto, the 492,410-square-foot high-cube logistics facility is expected to be ready for occupancy in the first quarter of 2024.

“The Inland Empire continues to present unparalleled opportunities for growth and prosperity for all, and we are excited to be at the forefront of driving positive change in this dynamic market,” said Brooke Birtcher Gustafson, managing director, Birtcher Development. “We are confident that Birtcher’s unwavering commitment to sincere community involvement and sustainable building design will attract a diverse range of high-quality businesses seeking an optimal environment to thrive.”

Birtcher has made a long-term commitment to the community of Rialto through the development and ongoing operation of the project. The fifth-generation developer will provide funds for employing two commercial code enforcement officers and purchasing a truck scale to enforce truck traffic laws in Rialto.

Additionally, post-completion of the building and throughout the life of the project, Birtcher and the ultimate warehouse tenant will make annual contributions to the community and Rialto residents for important local issues.
