Birtcher Breaks Ground on Calimesa Industrial Campus. JLL will oversee leasing efforts

Birtcher Breaks Ground on Calimesa Industrial Campus

Birtcher Development, an industrial real estate development firm, has broken ground on the Birtcher Oak Valley Commerce Center, a four-building, 2.25-million-square-foot industrial campus in Calimesa, CA. The project is fully entitled and delivery is expected in the second and third quarters of 2024.

“Birtcher Oak Valley Commerce Center is poised to be one of our most strategic assets in Southern California,” said the firm’s Managing Director Brooke Birtcher Gustafson. “Limited supply and strong tenant demand continue to drive unprecedented pre-leasing activity for new construction in the Inland Empire.”

The development will consist of four Class A logistics facilities, ranging in size from 457,000 square feet to 706,000 square feet. All four buildings will feature 40’ clear heights, flat floors, 10” slabs, an ESFR sprinkler system and over 5,000 square feet of office space.

JLL’s Mike McCrary, Peter McWilliams, Patrick Wood and Scott Coyle are the listing brokers for Birtcher Oak Valley Commerce Center.
