Biotech Firm Signs HQ Lease in Bothell
Immunome, a biotechnology company, has signed a lease at the Alloy Innovation Center in Bothell, Washington. In addition to its current 29,344 square feet, the lease also includes the potential to more than double in size.
Newmark Executive Managing Director Tim O’Keefe and Director Brody O’Keefe represented Immunome. Newmark has advised Immunome since its merger with Morphimmune. The Alloy Innovation Center, owned by West | Tech Properties, provides advanced research laboratories and collaborative workspaces.
“The decision to lease at the Alloy Innovation Center aligns with Immunome’s growth trajectory and the need for cost-effective, state-of-the-art facilities that support next-generation antibody-drug conjugate discovery,” said Max Rosett, Chief Financial Officer at Immunome.
“Achieving flexibility to accommodate growth while requiring immediate occupancy was crucial for Immunome,” said Tim O’Keefe. “By taking spec-built office and lab space, Immunome is well-positioned to continue its phenomenal growth, even in a challenging time for the broader industry.”
