Biotech Firm AI Proteins Signs Headquarters Lease with Related Beal

Related Beal has completed a 40,000-square-foot lease with AI Proteins at its One Kenmore Square development. The Boston-based biotechnology company will occupy office and lab space at the Beacon Building, located at 660 Commonwealth Ave, in Boston.      

AI Proteins is a leading protein-based medicine and therapeutic company, leveraging synthetic biology, robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence to rapidly design, build and develop mini-protein medicines from scratch. The Kenmore Square location will serve as its new headquarters.

Life science leasing at One Kenmore Square is handled by a JLL team of Benjamin Hux, Robert Jangro, Peter Bekarian and Brian Flaherty.
