Biopharma Firm Relocates to 200 S. Wacker

NKF has advised Iterum Therapeutics US Limited, US subsidiary of Dublin-based Iterum Therapeutics plc, in leasing 10,318 square feet at John Hancock Real Estate’s 200 S. Wacker Dr. for its U.S. headquarters. The clinical-stage pharmaceutical company, relocating from 200 W. Monroe St., has been working with NKF to secure all of its strategic facilities.

An NKF team of Geoffrey Kasselman, Matthew Whipple, Bob Chodos and Steve Levitas represented Iterum, some of whose executives had prior experience with the space. They had designed and occupied the same suite at a different biopharmaceutical company.

“The NKF team scoured the market and generated several creative opportunities for us, but when this familiar space was presented near the trains and fully furnished, we knew in our hearts that this is where we wanted to be,” said Corey Fishman, CEO of Iterum Therapeutics plc.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrea Saewitz, Matt Lerner and Mark C. Baby represented ownership.
