Biopharma Company Relocates to Vornado’s PENN 1

LB Pharmaceuticals Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, has inked a new lease at PENN 1, a 55-story tower redeveloped by Vornado Realty Trust in New York’s PENN DISTRICT. LB Pharma will move from 575 Madison Ave. to 8,906 square feet on PENN 1’s 10th floor by Q3 2024. The tower, located at 34th Street and Seventh Avenue, offers direct access to Penn Station and Moynihan Train Hall.

Thomas Burrus of JLL represented LB Pharma in the new lease. Vornado Realty Trust was represented in house by Josh Glick, Jared Silverman, Anthony Cugini and Jordan Donohue. “Vornado has created a spectacular office environment that promotes self-care as part of work life and LB Pharma was immediately drawn to the comprehensive offering that is unmatched in the city,” said Burrus.

PENN 1, with 2.5 million square feet, features WorkLife amenities, including dining options, lounges, flexible office space, conference areas, a fitness center, and onsite healthcare.
