BioMed Realty Secures 14K-SF Lease in Seattle with Curi Bio

BioMed Realty, a Blackstone portfolio company and provider of real estate solutions to the life science and technology industries, completed a 13,942-square-foot lease with Curi Bio, a company focused on human stem cell-based platforms for drug discovery, at 201 Elliott Avenue West in Seattle, Washington.

The new seven-year lease will enable Curi Bio to expand its research and development efforts to unlock critical human data that informs biopharmaceutical R&D decision-making through its integrated preclinical platform. The company’s cutting-edge technologies utilize human stem cell-based models and advanced biosystems to generate clinically relevant data.

Overlooking Elliott Bay, 201 Elliott Avenue West offers tenant amenities, including a fitness center, a courtyard, a newly renovated cafe, and reserved underground parking. Totaling 151,194 square feet, 201 Elliott Avenue West is one of BioMed Realty’s eight properties in the Seattle area.
