Biologics Tenant Leases Full Building in Cranbury
JLL completed a 10-year lease transaction for WuXi Biologics at 7 Clarke Dr. in Cranbury, NJ, with building owner Cedar Brook Corporate Center. The global company with leading open-access biologics technology platforms signed a lease for the entire 68,000-square-foot clinical manufacturing facility.
WuXi Biologics was represented by JLL EVPs Robert Ryan and John Buckley. The tenant will equip the building with process development and quality control laboratories and other supporting functions.
“WuXi Biologics continues to develop its global supply chain network,” said Ryan. “The Cranbury location offers the leading global CDMO tremendous access to New Jersey’s highly trained workforce and leading scientists pool.”
The Cranbury space represents WuXi’s third location in the U.S. The company is building a new facility in Worcester, MA, in addition to completing a lease of 33,000 square feet for a development laboratory in King of Prussia, PA.
