BioLabs@NYU Langone Relocates to Innolabs in Long Island City

King Street Properties and development partner GFP Real Estate, with NYU Langone Health, announced that BioLabs@NYU Langone, an incubator for early-stage biotechnology companies, will relocate from Manhattan to Long Island City. BioLabs has signed a lease for 46,000 square feet at Innolabs..

Innolabs is a 267,000-square-foot Class A property that services innovative life science companies and institutions. Based in Boston and with sites in 17 metro markets in the US, Europe and Japan, BioLabs runs the largest network of co-working laboratory facilities worldwide, along with its partners LabCentral and MBC-BioLabs.
