BioLabs at Pegasus Park Renovation Targets December Opening

The renovation for BioLabs at Pegasus Park, a 37,000-square-foot flexible life science co-working facility, is on schedule with a mid-December opening. The facility is located in the Innovation District between the Dallas Design Center and the Southwestern Medical District.

BioLabs is based in Cambridge, MA, and is a membership-based network of shared laboratory facilities. Offering shared and private laboratory, training and office spaces for early stage scientific ventures, the space will enable biotech innovators to pursue scientific breakthroughs. BioLabs at Pegasus Park can accommodate 35 startups and represents the company’s first location in the central United States. The facility will be equipped with a broad array of premium scientific equipment and offer additional services and amenities for resident companies.
