Bilt Partners with Thrive Communities Across Pacific Northwest

Bilt Rewards has partnered with Thrive Communities to enhance the resident experience across the Pacific Northwest, ConnectCRE can first report. This collaboration integrates Thrive into the Bilt Rewards Alliance, offering residents the ability to earn and redeem points on rent and neighborhood spending, including dining and rideshare.

Residents can convert Bilt Points into Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan miles and benefit from free on-time rent payment reporting to three credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion, helping build their credit scores.

“Thrive is committed to creating a sense of home for our communities, from leasing to resident experiences,” said William Jarrell, CFO at Thrive Communities. “We’re thrilled to share that since launching, over 24 million points have been earned, and almost a quarter of our residents have already enrolled in rent reporting to the three major credit bureaus. Plus, nearly four million points have already been redeemed by residents for travel experiences, Amazon purchases and more.”

“At Bilt, we’re dedicated to transforming the resident experience through rewards and benefits that help our members love where they live,” said David Wyler, Chief Commercial Officer at Bilt Rewards. “We’re excited to not only unlock rewards for Thrive’s residents but also ensure their team benefits from resident loyalty and cost savings.”
