Elliman Partners with Bilt on Resident Rewards Program
Douglas Elliman, an independent residential real estate brokerage in NYC, has become the first condo and co-op property management firm to join the Bilt Rewards Alliance. This partnership allows residents in Douglas Elliman managed buildings to earn rewards and benefits by making their monthly condo and co-op fee payments through Bilt.
Residents can also earn rewards and access exclusive benefits at local Bilt Neighborhood Rewards partners. Bilt Points can be redeemed for travel, fitness classes, art, home decor, and future condo and co-op payments. Douglas Elliman Property Management oversees a portfolio of over 40,000 units across nearly 400 buildings in NYC.
