Billionaire Adds to Manhattan Holdings with $59M Buy
Israeli-Russian billionaire Boris Kuzinez has acquired the 12-story office building 260 5th Ave. in Manhattan, from Renaissance Properties for $59 million.
Kuzinez now owns three adjacent buildings. In addition to the most recent acquisition, he also bought the mixed-use building at 264 5th Ave. and a commercial building at 262 5th Ave. within the past year.
The three buildings total approximately 100,000 square feet. In December, New York’s Department of Buildings approved Kuzinez’s application to demolish 262 5th Ave., though no other development plans have been filed.
