Billingsley Refi’s Newly-Built Dallas Office Building
Dallas-based Billingsley Company secured a 15-year, fixed-rate loan to refinance 9111 Cypress Waters Boulevard, a recently completed, 223,319-square-foot, Class A office building in Dallas. HFF arranged the $32.4 million in financing through Lincoln Financial Group. Loan proceeds were used to take out the construction loan.
Completed in 2017, the property is situated within the 1,000-acre Cypress Waters master-planned development near DFW International Airport. The development at final build-out will have eight million square feet of office space, 45,000 square feet of retail, up to 10,000 multi-housing units and three one-acre parks.
The 94%-leased property also has direct access to Interstate 635 and Belt Line Road, two of the area’s major thoroughfares.
