500 acres Sloan Crossing starts building

Billingsley Moving Ahead on Massive Collin County Project

Billingsley Co. is moving ahead with Sloan Corners, its master-planned development at US 75 and SH 121 that will be split between Allen and Fairview in Collin County. The project will be situated on 500 acres.

Once finished, Sloan Corners’ Allen portion will have more than six million square feet of office space, nearly 4,000 multifamily dwellings, 120,000 square feet of retail space, 270 hotel rooms, and over 50 acres of parks and open space.

The Fairview side will contain 4.4 million square feet of office space, 2,000 multifamily homes, 100,000 square feet of retail, and 350 hotel rooms.

Construction started a few months ago on the Hartwood Square apartments. Its east building will feature 210 units over four stories, while the larger west building will offer 269 units across four stories. Leasing for the east building is expected to commence in the third or fourth quarter of next year, with the west building following in March or April 2026.
