Sloan Corners could reach $3B value

Billingsley Close to Nailing Down Collin County Mega-Project

Billingsley Co. is calling the project Sloan Corners, and it might just be one of the largest commercial real estate project in the state, when it’s done. The company says it’s planning 10 million square feet of office space, 6,000 apartment units and 200,000 square feet of retail…all on 500 acres at the corners of I-75 and SH-121. The Dallas News says the development could surpass $3 billion in value at completion.

The company says the office buildings combined with high and mid-rise residences will bring both day and nighttime populations that are unmatched in the area. Besides the buildings, the location will also offer acres of parks, bridges and pedestrian trails that will run along the banks of Sloan Creek. Billlingsley has not yet disclosed a start date for the construction.
