Billingsley Announces More Office at International Business Park

New leases and consistent renewal activity prompted Billingsley Co. of Dallas to unveil the next phase at its 300-acre International Business Park in Plano, TX. The Dallas-based developer announced IBP 17, a five-building, 967,000-square-foot mini-office campus at 6161 Plano Pkwy.

Construction on the project’s first phase, a 180,000-square-foot, four-story speculative office building, is anticipated to launch in Q1 2019. GFF Architects is the designer.

Lucy Burns, Partner with Billingsley, said that the current nine buildings in the park are more than 90% leased. During the fourth quarter of 2018, the developer signed more than 121,945 square feet in new leases, and 85,474 square feet in renewals.

“International Business Park has had a great year,” Burns said. “We are down to our smallest vacancies, and are eager and excited to be breaking ground on our newest building and amenity center this winter.”
