BIG Shopping Centers Trades 219K-SF Shops at Vineyard Village

BIG Shopping Centers USA Inc. sold the Shops at Vineyard Village, a 219,379-square-foot shopping center in Euless, TX. The core retail center, shadow-anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement and L.A. Fitness, sold to a private buyer listed as ABJ Group Advancement TX LLC. Chris Gerard, Barry Brown, Ryan Shore, Aaron Johnson, Austin Ross and Ben Siegel with JLL represented the seller in the transaction.

Situated on 26.7 acres at 2750-3020 SH 121, Shops at Vineyard Village is set near some of Dallas-Fort Worth’s wealthiest communities, including Colleyville and Southlake. The center, which is 98.2% leased, is home to Ross Dress for Less, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshalls, Staples, PetSmart, Party City, Dollar Tree and Rally House.
