Big Plans for NY & Amazon: Insights from REBNY Chairman, Bill Rudin

The Real Estate Board of the New York has a lot on its list of things to do for this year. “It’s very exciting to be here tonight,” said William Rudin, CEO of Rudin Management at the 122nd Real Estate Board of New York Banquet.

“We are going to be working on a lot of issues in 2018: affordable housing, building safety, real estate taxes and infrastructure plans,” he said. “We are also going to be working on how to get Amazon here. We made the Top 20, so we are working with the city and the state to make sure Amazon stays focused on New York.”
