Big Lease Signed at City National Bank Building

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) has signed a 72,210-square-foot lease renewal at the City National Bank towner in Downtown Los Angeles, which is valued at just under $11.5 million. Brokerage firm Charles Dunn Company arranged the transaction for the owner, 606 S. Olive St., LLC.

John Anthony, Chris Giordano and Chris Steck were the Charles Dunn executives who worked on the deal. The City National Bank building, which totals 291,000 square feet over 24 stories, is currently 100 percent leased.
