Big Al’s Sports Bar & Grill Swings Big, Entering California

Vancouver, WA-based Big Al’s Sports Bar & Grill is going big and opening a new home at Piemonte @ Ontario Center. Big Al’s will fill the 45,657 square feet and introduce the family-owned business to California in its grand opening that is anticipated in early 2017.

Big Al’s needs the space as it offers bowling lanes, an arcade, and a massive sports bar and grill. With its lease, the 225,000 square foot retail center reaches 99 percent occupied.

Big Al’s President and CEO Daniel Kirkwood said, “We’ve always had expansion plans on the board for the Big Al’s concept, and are looking forward to being a part of the Inland Empire community. We feel the market is under-served in terms of family-friendly entertainment options.”

NGKF’s Senior Managing Director Chris Walton, out of their Newport Beach office, and IDS Real Estate Group’s Rob Fuelling and Matt Traino represented the landlord, 4th Street Retail, LLC (an IDS joint venture).
