BHP Billiton Tower Lands Fracking Tenant

NAI Partners recently arranged a 19,865-square-foot office lease for U.S. Well Services at BHP Billiton Tower (pictured) in Houston. U.S. Well Services provides high-pressure, hydraulic fracturing services in unconventional oil and natural gas basins.

Dan Boyles and Liz Westcott-Brown of NAI Partners represented the tenant in the transaction. Morgan Relyea Colt with Cushman & Wakefield represented BHP Billiton, which has called the newly-built tower its headquarters since 2017.

Elsewhere in Houston, NAI Partners’ Trey Martin negotiated a 4,195-square-foot lease for Flight Centre Travel Group at 8 Greenway Plaza. Parkway Inc.’s JP Hutcheson provided in-house representation of ownership.

Flight Centre Travel Group is one of the world’s largest travel agency groups. The Australia-based company has operations in 23 countries and a corporate travel management network that spans more than 90 countries.
