BHI Provides $29M Construction Financing for Queens Mixed-Use Development
BHI has provided a $29.25 million loan to ZDJ Jamaica LLC for the construction of a seven-story mixed-use development in Queens.
Located at 138-45 Jamaica Avenue, the project will feature 81 residential units, retail space, and on-site parking, with 30% of the units designated as affordable housing.
“This transaction underscores our continued strategic focus on multi-family growth, and we welcome the opportunity to be a part of 138-45 Jamaica Avenue,” said Mimi Vu, FVP head of N.A. Originations at BHI.
