BH Expands Bay Area Footprint with North San Jose Office/R&D Property

BH Properties has expanded its Bay Area footprint with 2125 O’Nel Dr., a 110,669-square-foot, Class-A office/R&D building in North San Jose. Acquisition terms were not disclosed. The recently renovated two-story building is convenient to Mineta San Jose International Airport.

The seller was represented by Andy Zighelboim, Kevin Moul, Brad Idleman and Bob Gilley from Colliers. Peter Horn led the acquisition for BH Properties out of its San Francisco regional office.

Originally built in 1985, 2125 O’Nel was significantly modernized in 2022. The building also offers a unique signage opportunity with more than 500 feet of freeway frontage and visibility to more than 210,000 daily commuters.

“This is a well-located, high-quality asset in one of the most dynamic technology corridors in the country,” said Jim Brooks, president of BH Properties. “The vacancy presents an immediate lease-up opportunity, and the building’s recent upgrades make it an attractive option for a wide range of tenants looking to grow or relocate in Silicon Valley.”
